The look of this book is fantastic and the colors were vibrant and very pretty but IMO the skill level was a little too simple for a child much over 3 or 4. The picture's you're looking for are not really hidden at all..they're all in plain site like a Where's Waldo but not as difficult. I was hoping for a more Highlight's Hidden Picture format but that's on me for not doing more research.Bottom line though, I still have to give it 5 stars because the age recommendation IS three..I was just slightly mislead by some other reviews thinking my 5 year old would be challenged by it. She still loves the book because it's Rio, but it won't be the traveling time killer I was hoping for.

This was a gift for my nephew and was exactly what I expected. The illustrations were beautiful, and the searches were hard enough to keep him distracted, not too hard to make him frustrated (He is 4). Great for car-rides and other times when he needs to entertain himself.
Very colorful book.
My granddaughters loved this book! It was fun sitting down and going through it with them.
This is perfect to go along with the new Rio movie and is a great activity for younger kids. Great Seller as well, arrived quickly and in great condition. Recommend.
I think I might have jumped the gun on this book with my 3 yo grand-daughter as she needs a lot of help with this particular book. I am sure she will grow into it though. It is nicely done and very colorful.
My 4 year old is a huge Rio fan so I got him this book. He enjoys looking at it but it's really simple to find all the objects/birds etc. So it does not hold his interest for long. It's a bit too easy.
Just received this book a couple of days ago. I think my grandson is going to love it. However, I deducted one star because I can't contact at the moment to tell them I need a replacement. The system says it's being shipped. I understand that it takes time to update, but my grandson's birthday is soon. I can't even find a phone number for . I find this totally unacceptable because I don't want to give him a book that has pages stuck to the back cover and when I thumbed through the pages it tore several pages. , provide a phone number!! There is not even a number on the packing slip. It just says to go to the website. Well, update your system!! I am really disappointed in .
Update quickly fixed it, over-nighted the new book (no charge)and I have it in time to give to my grandson. Thanks, !
