Grandma Skype is one of the most relevant books for children living in our globalizing world. As someone who lived abroad and was away from his family for long periods of times together with the technological revolution I felt immediate connection to the story. Reading it to my nephews embarked an amazing journey to my life abroad and to their life today.

We're raising our kids (5yrs & 3yrs) in a different state, away from their grandparents. This lovely book describes my kids' day-2-day communication with their grandma and grandpa.
While this is somewhat a sad story, my kids love the fact they can relate to it and keep asking us to read them this story over and over again.
